Insurance companies wishing to participate in the tender can submit tender proposals along with the necessary documents in sealed envelopes to “Armenian Tobacco Company” LLC, Abovyan city, 2nd industrial region, 6th administrative building, until February 15, 2021, at 14:00, every working day, from 09:00 to 18:00, on Friday from 09:00 to 17:00.
One the closed envelope should be mentioned:
- Note “Do not open until the day of the tender”.
- Note “To the Evaluation Committee”.
- Addresses, full names of sending (Participant of the competition) and recipient (Organizer of the competition) organizations.
All participants will be informed about the results of the competition by March 2, 2021.

- Request.
- Description of health insurance packages and Quote. It is necessary to fill in the 3 attached questionnaires (questionnaire with general conditions, insurance coverage questionnaire, insurance coverage / exclusion questionnaire).
- Articles of Association with additions and changes (duplicate),
- Certificate of registration in the state register with its tabs, including the director's information window (duplicate);
- VAT payer number (duplicate),
- A copy of the license for insurance activities;
- Reports submitted to the tax authorities for the previous financial year,
- A copy of the independent audit report for the previous financial year;
- Other documents as required.
